Wales has firmly established itself as one of the best Mountain Bike destinations in the UK. From wild natural trails and flowing single tracks to purpose-built bike parks and downhill tracks. Wales really has something for all tastes and levels of riding. We don't have that much to add to this ourselves. Wales has it all We stay in South Wales where the trail centres are characterised by great built trails. But this trip also includes many kilometres of natural trails in the vast Brecon Beacons and the Rhondda Valley. At each trail centre, there are trails of every level from blue/ beginner, red/ advanced and black for experienced mountain bikers. We choose the south of Wales because the sites have multiple loops that can be ridden. You will never forget this trip. This trip includes the boat trip to the UK and through Wales in a minibus with Mountain Bike trailer. So no worries about transport.

The two southernmost Scottish Counties: Scottish Borders and Dumfries & Galloway are home to award-winning MTB trails. Known in the UK as the 7 Stanes, these locations are set amidst Scotland's rugged countryside. The 7 Stanes comprise an amazing network of mountain bike trails. World-class trails. Divided across the 7 Stanes locations, there are over 400 km of mountain bike paradise waiting for you. The trails have a natural feel, but have been constructed with great attention to different disciplines and are well maintained. Stane is the Scottish word for stone and each location has a unique sculpture somewhere along the trail: the search can begin. Each Stane has its own unique character, no two kilometres are the same. Bowl bends, northshores, tabletops, rock sections and lots of singletracks alternate. Not for nothing that the trails have won awards. The 7 Stanes trail centres are designed to offer challenges for all levels. This trip offers it all. You will visit the best of the 7 Stanes. Whether you like flowing trails more or want to be technically challenged it can be both due to the diversity of landscape and many trails. Pack your gear and come to Scotland. This trip includes the boat trip from the Netherlands (IJmuiden) to the UK (Newcastle), but can also be booked without the crossing where Newcastle is the starting point.
